1.Choose the products you want to return in “My Order Detail”, and click request return button.Return any item you’ve purchased and have not used or worn,You must file a Return Request within 15 days of delivery.

After submitting a Return Request, you can print your authorization code Label from your order page. Pack the item carefully using your own shipping materials and apply the label to the outside of the package. Make sure to secure the item in its packaging, as you’re responsible for delivering it to us in the same condition you received it in.
